3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
(a) All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. 4. DELIVERY AND RESCHEDULING
Customer may request a change of delivery up to two weeks in advance of the first day of delivery without penalty, after which time any delivery date change will cause the remaining 50% of fees to be due immediately, and in which case Data Society will make all commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate Customer’s rescheduling request. In the event of dissatisfaction with a product prior to delivery, we will make every reasonable effort to tailor the product to more closely align to Customer’s expectations.
Because our products are tailored to each Customer’s specific needs, refunds can only be credited if delivery of the product is cancelled a minimum of four weeks prior to the first day of a scheduled delivery.
